On Wednesday June 1, 2022 before the scholarship awards started, Gord Ruley, one of the Foundations founding fathers, presented the cheque to our Vice Chair, Shelley Carter. Gord noted that this is the first payment from the estate and it could top out at $4.5million +.
Over the coming weeks we will expand on this incredibly generous donation and the family who gave it.
