Tammy was born in the old Mission Hospital on 5th Avenue and was raised in Mission. She attended Windebank and West Heights Elementary schools and graduated from Mission Secondary School. Tammy worked at the Mission Save-On Foods for over 35 years. She has many years of experience organizing and running fund raising events for BC Children’s Hospital. Tammy has been married to Walter for 41 years and has two adult sons who also live in Mission. She spends a lot of time with her husband training their two Arabian horses. Tammy loves Mission and is excited to have found the perfect place to support her community in the Mission Community Foundation.
