In 2002 Big Brothers & Big Sisters requested funding to raise awareness. Traditionally it’s been difficult to find volunteers to become mentors so the grant was given to produce literature and enable their recruitment drive. To this day it is still hard to source big brothers & sisters for Mission, if you are interested in volunteering for them, please contact them at 604-852-3331.
